We Salute Her is a Mystics platform and annual tribute game dedicated to Servicewomen and their families. Join us in honoring their sacrifice, spotlight their stories, and salute their journey to leave a legacy that paves the way for the next generation of women who serve. We Salute Her Game presented by Leidos
The Washington Mystics will honor active, reserve and retired service members during our annual We Salute Her Night, Tuesday, May 23 vs. the Connecticut Sun.
Servicewomen lead the presentation of colors and national anthem. On the concourse there was a We Salute Her Story gallery, courtesy of the Military Women’s Memorial, spotlighting the stories of the diverse women serving our country. Fans were able to write messages of support to service women and men and their families.

We Salute Her Game Changer Honorees
On Tues. May 23 we recognized three Servicewomen as our We Salute Her Game Changer Honorees in a special ceremony. The Washington Mystics new Nike Rebel Edition Uniform is inspired by the story of early civil rights pioneer and educator Nannie Helen Burroughs. Inspired by Burroughs’ story, we launched the Legacy campaign, a dedication and celebration of women who are making a difference and answering the call to own their legacy. Throughout the season, the Mystics will honor women “Game Changers” at halftime ceremonies during eight home games.

The Mystics have partnered with Govx, Leidos, and Vet Tix to special ticket offer to reward active-duty, reserve, veteran and retired military personnel.
Military Tickets
Mystics have partnered with GovX to provide discounted game tickets for military and first responders. Click here to redeem your ticket offer through GovX.
Vet Tix provides tickets to events which reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories and encourage service members and veterans to stay engaged with local communities and American life. Vet Tix provides tickets to all branches of currently-serving Military and Veterans, including immediate family of troops KIA.
If you’re not able to attend a game, you can always use our Tickets for Troops program presented by Leidos to donate your seats to a military service member looking to attend a Mystics game. Use Mystics Account Manger to participate and transfer your tickets.

Active-duty, reserve, and veteran military personnel receive a 10% discount at the Mystics Fanatics Team Store at Entertainment & Sports Arena. Please show your military id at check out to receive the discount. Store located outside Sections 103 and 109. Some restrictions may apply.

The Mystics are proud to partner with Leidos to salute and support the women and men of our Armed Forces. Leidos actively seeks to hire and support military veterans and spouses. Leidos has also joined forces with the Military Women’s Memorial for over a decade to tell stories of women, past and present, who serve our nation.
