What is considered a Group outing?
Bring 10 or more of your closest family, friends, co-workers, teammates, etc. to Mystics games and get special discounts. Examples of groups: Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Church Groups, School Groups, Sports Teams, Birthday Parties, Fundraising Groups, Employee Outings.
How can I order Group tickets?
Contact one of our Account Executives at 1-877-DCHOOPS1 or email us at groupsales@washmystics.com. (Unfortunately we do not accept group purchases online).
How do I pay for Group tickets?
50% of our purchase will be due at the time of your purchase. The remaining 50% will be due 60 days before your game.
I’ve ordered tickets. When will I receive them?
Once you have paid for your tickets in full, your tickets will be loaded into Mystics Account Manager where you will be able to electronically distribute tickets to your group members via email.
Can I exchange / return / refund my tickets?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Can I buy more discounted tickets?
You can add on tickets to your group at any time, however we can not ensure that additional seats will be available in the same section.
Can I buy additional group tickets at the Box Office?
Group discounts are not valid in the Box Office. In order for your group members to receive discounts and have the best chance to sit with the rest of your group, they must purchase tickets through our Sales Team prior to the day of the game.
Can I leave tickets at Will Call?
Unfortunately you may not leave tickets at Will Call. Mystics tickets are 100% mobile and through Mystics Account Manager (online or in our app) you can transfer tickets via email to any member of your group. Make sure to distribute your tickets before entering the Arena.
Is there an age requirement for tickets?
Everyone two years of age or older is required to have a ticket to attend a Mystics game. Children under the age of two, accompanied by an adult, may enter without a ticket and sit in the lap of an adult.
What time do doors open?
Doors open one hour (60 minutes) prior to tip-off. Early entrance, 90 minutes before tip-off, is available for select group experiences and select group hospitality areas.

*Group Ticket Deposits are non-refundable and must be used in the calendar year in which the deposit was placed.

Group tickets shall not be re-sold and any benefits or promotions associated with group tickets are subject to change without notice. All sales are final.
