CANBERRA, AUS – This recognition comes following Melbourne's game-leading triple-double and double-double performances in the Capitals' most recent two matchups to date.

The 2024 Paris bronze medalist contributed 15 points, 10 rebounds (co-leading the Capitals), and 10 assists to lead all players in the home victory over defending WNBL champions Southside Flyers, 94-79. With the much-needed win, the team successfully kept its playoff hopes alive, fighting to secure the fourth and final spot.

However, closing out the month against the Sydney Flames, UC saw a narrow blow (92-88) on the road–ending their playoff run this season. Melbourne ceased the night with 28 points on 10-for-19 shooting from the field to become the second highest leading scorer of the night. She also attributed 10 rebounds, four assists, and a single steal.
