Frequently Asked Questions

Bring 10 or more of your closest family, friends, co-workers, teammates, etc. to Mystics games and get special discounts. Examples of groups: Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Church Groups, School Groups, Sports Teams, Birthday Parties, Fundraising Groups, Employee Outings.

50% of our purchase will be due at the time of your purchase. The remaining 50% will be due 60 days before your game.

Once you have paid for your tickets in full, your tickets will be loaded into Mystics Account Manager where you will be able to electronically distribute tickets to your group members via email.

All sales are final. Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.

You can add on tickets to your group at any time, however we can not ensure that additional seats will be available in the same section.

Group discounts are not valid in the Box Office. In order for your group members to receive discounts and have the best chance to sit with the rest of your group, they must purchase tickets through our Sales Team prior to the day of the game.

Unfortunately you may not leave tickets at Will Call. Mystics tickets are 100% mobile and through Mystics Account Manager (online or in our app) you can transfer tickets via email to any member of your group. Make sure to distribute your tickets before entering the Arena.

Everyone two years of age or older is required to have a ticket to attend a Mystics game. Children under the age of two, accompanied by an adult, may enter without a ticket and sit in the lap of an adult.

Doors open one hour (60 minutes) prior to tip-off. Early entrance, 90 minutes before tip-off, is available for select group experiences and select group hospitality areas.

¹Game dates and times subject to change. Group tickets will not be available at the CareFirst Arena box office. Ticket brokers are not eligible for this offer. Group tickets shall not be re-sold and any benefits or promotions associated with group tickets are subject to change without notice. All sales are final.
²Scoreboard messages may have up to 40 characters, including spacing and punctuation. Messages may not be of an advertising nature (e.g. ABC Co. – Call us at 202-123-4567), may not include hashtags, may not involve the opposing team, and must be family friendly. Messages must be submitted at least 3 business days before the game is played. Messages are subject to team approval and the complimentary offer is subject to change based on game availability.
