What is EquipHer and our mission?

Too often, girls step away from sports not because they lack interest or ability, but because they don’t have the right equipment to play comfortably and confidently. Without proper equipment, participation can feel uncomfortable or out of reach.​

EquipHer seeks to remove that barrier. When girls have the gear they need, they can focus on playing, improving, and showing up as athletes. It's about keeping girls in the game long enough for sports to do what sports do: build confidence, resilience, leadership, and lifelong health.​ Girls who play become women who lead.
