All Club 52 members will receive traditional paper tickets for entry for Mystics games at Capital One Arena. Members will also continue to enjoy access to all the functionality of your online Account Manager completely free of charge, including accessing your mobile tickets for entry, transferring your tickets or selling them online.

Accessing Capital One Arena

Go Mobile!


On your mobile device navigate to Monumental Sports Account Manager. You may access Monumental Sports Account Manager through either of the following:

  • Navigate to washingtonmystics.com and select “My Mystics Account” from the “Tickets” drop-down menu
  • Navigate to am.ticketmaster.com/monumental

*As soon as we are within 24 hours of the game you will be able to click on your ticket, then click the “Scan Barcode” button and your tickets will pop up in QR code format. You can present these tickets/QR codes to any Capital One Arena Attendant to scan at the gate

Traditional Paper Tickets


Present your physical tickets to a Capital One Arena attendant to be scanned for entry. Please note: if you have transferred your tickets to a membership or credit card, or have sold them on Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange, your paper tickets are no longer valid for entry.

HOW TO USE MOBILE TICKETING



  1. Go to www.washingtonmystics.com on your mobile device
  2. Access the Monumental Sports Account Manager by selecting Account Manager from the “Tickets” drop-down menu.
  3. Log in to Account Manager using your email address.
  4. Select the appropriate game.
  5. Select “Scan Barcode” and Mobile Ticket QR codes will appear for the selected seats (swipe left to access all your seats)
  6. Present your Mobile Tickets to the Capital One Arena Attendant to scan at the gate.
  7. Once tickets are scanned you will receive a seat locator tab for each of your seats.

DIGITAL TICKETING FAQs

  1. I HAVE PRINTED SEASON TICKET BOOKLETS CAN I STILL MANAGE MY TICKETS ONLINE?
    Yes! All of our season ticket holders have the ability to manage their tickets through Monumental Sports Account Manager. If you do choose to manage your tickets for an event, your original, printed ticket for that event will be deactivated.

  2. I HAVE CONCESSION CREDIT HOW DO I ACCESS IT?

    Your concession credit is pre-loaded onto the barcode of your printed ticket or seat locator tab. Simply present your ticket or seat locator tab at participating concession stands to access your credit.

  3. WHAT IF I WANT TO GIVE TICKETS TO FRIENDS/FAMILY/CLIENTS AHEAD OF TIME?
    Your guests will require their own ticket to enter Capital One Arena Prior to the game you can forward their seats to them by logging on to your account at Monumental Sports Account Manager. The recipient will be able to store them on a credit card or use their mobile phone to access them.

  4. IS THERE A COST TO FORWARD A TICKET?

    No, it’s free! Mystics full season-ticket members can forward their season tickets free of charge using Monumental Sports Account Manager.

  5. WHAT IF I WANT TO SELL MY TICKET?

    You can list your ticket for sale through Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange, the preferred resale outlet of the Washington Mystics. Once the system is made available, you can access Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange online via Monumental Sports Account Manager*.

    *Please note: the only way to access proceeds from sold tickets immediately is to select the direct deposit option. If the seller credit option is selected, funds will be held in your Washington Mystics account. These funds may be used for future ticket purchases through the Washington Mystics or applied to your season-ticket invoice for the following season. No refunds will be issued on seller credit to your team account. For more information on these options please contact Mystics Membership Services at 1-877-DCHOOP1 or guestservices@washmystics.com.

  6. CAN I ENTER THE CAPITAL ONE ARENA BY SHOWING MY TICKETS ON MY PHONE?

    Yes! Mobile ticketing is available. You can access Monumental Sports Account Manager via the browser on your smartphone. Each mobile ticket will display with a Square QR code which can be scanned for entry into Capital One Arena.


  7. CAN I ALSO ACCESS MY CAPITALS, WIZARDS, BRIGADE OR VALOR TICKETS ONLINE?

    Using Monumental Sports Account Manager you can access your tickets for all five teams in one convenient location. Monumental Sports Account Manager is your central location for all Monumental Sports tickets!


STEP-BY-STEP GUIDES

TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS


  1. Select “Manage My Tickets.”
  2. Select the appropriate game.
  3. Click on the “Send” button
  4. Select the appropriate game.
  5. Choose the seats you want to transfer and click “Send.”
  6. Enter your recipient’s information and click “Send”.

You will receive an email confirming that you have successfully transferred your tickets. Please note: you are unable to have tickets you have transferred sent back to your account after the recipient has accepted the offer.

MOVE YOUR TICKETS TO A CARD


  1. Select “Manage My Tickets”.
  2. Select the appropriate game.
  3. Click on “Move to Card” on the top bar.
  4. Choose the seats you want to transfer to paperless.
  5. The tickets you’ve selected are now stored in your queue in the upper right. You can now select additional games or seats to continue the process of transferring your tickets to a card.
  6. Choose to send your tickets to a single card or multiple cards.
  7. Use either an existing credit card, or enter a new credit card to utilize.
  8. Click the “complete transfer” button to finish transferring your tickets to your card.
  9. You will receive an email confirming that you have transferred your tickets to your card.

ACCEPTING A TRANSFERRED TICKET


  1. Click on the link in the transfer offer email or text.
  2. Create an Account or Login to Monumental Sports Account Manager.
  3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Select the “Claim” button to accept your tickets
  5. Select the “View Event” button.
  6. Select the event for the tickets you want to manage and choose your delivery method (view via mobile or move tickets to a card).

You will receive an email confirming the transfer has been completed.

 

SELL YOUR TICKETS


  1. Select “Manage My Tickets”.
  2. Select the appropriate game.
  3. Select the “Sell” button.
  4. Choose the seats you want to sell.
  5. Fill in information to set your selling price, price controls, and expiration date.

Your tickets are now for sale on the Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange. And when someone buys them, you get automatic account credit or direct deposit into your bank account, worry free!
