Despite the victory, Melbourne and the UC Capitals saw an unfortunate ending to their 2024-25 playoff hopes earlier in the season after suffering a disappointing defeat to the Sydney Flames.
This season's All-WNBL Second Team player capped off overseas action in Canberra mounting a total of 329 points in just 21-games. She averaged a team-leading 15.7 points per game, 6.8 assists per game, and 2.0 steals per game–also securing a third-place overall finish in rebounds per game with 5.8.
