It’s time to secure your seats for the 2026 season. By renewing, you’ll continue to be part of the energy and momentum we’re building together. We value your commitment to the Mystics, and renewing now ensures you don’t miss a moment of what’s ahead.

Renewal FAQS 

How can I Renew? 

  • Auto-Renew Members: Visit MSE Account Manager to ensure your payment information is up to date. If your payment information is up to date in your Account Manager no action is needed! Your first payment for the 2026 season will be charged on September 5, 2025. 
  • Non-Auto-Renew Members: Visit MSE Account Manager to view your invoice and select your payment plan type before September 5, 2025. Someone on the Membership Services team will reach out to you regarding your renewal process. 
  • Email: Please contact Membership Services at membershipservices@washmystics.com  
  • Phone: Contact your Mystics Membership Services Team directly or call 877.DC.HOOP1 

Where Can I Find My Renewal Invoice? 

Payment Plan Information  

What payment plans are available for the 2026 season? 

  • No action is needed. Your membership will automatically renew on the 9-month plan unless canceled by 5 PM on September 12, 2025 Contact us to switch plans or cancel before the next charge date. 
  • 50/50 Plan: Pay 50% at renewal, remaining 50% charged on January 15, 2026. 
  • Pay-in-Full: Pay 100% of your balance at the time of renewal. 

Enrolled in Auto-Renew? 

No action is needed. Your membership will automatically renew on the 9-month plan unless canceled by Sept 12, 2025. Contact us to switch plans or cancel before the next charge date. 

Changing Seats?

We ask that you renew your current seats first to secure your membership. After the renewal deadline on September 12, members will have the opportunity to upgrade or change their seats during our Select-A-Seat event before tickets go on sale to the public.

What if I miss a payment or my card declines? 

We’ll reach out for updated info. Until payment is made, your account may be suspended and tickets blocked. 

How can I update my credit card? 

  • Click your name → My Profile → Update credit card 
  • Or call Membership Services at 877.DC.HOOP1 
    For security, please do not email credit card information. 

Playoffs Tickets  

As a 2025 Season Ticket Member, you are eligible to retain your seats for all Mystics home playoff games. 

Renewing for the 2026 season gives you access to flexible payment options, including Pay-As-You-Play for the playoffs. 

If you choose not to renew, you will be required to pay in full for all potential playoff games. Any unplayed games will be refunded.
