The Washington Mystics fell to the Atlanta Dream, 109-77, on Saturday afternoon, but saw continued strong performances from several key contributors as they look ahead to a return home this week.

Kiki Iriafen led all scorers with 24 points on 8-of-15 shooting, marking her third 20-point game of the season. She continued her impressive campaign by finishing as the game's leading scorer for the first time this year and the third time in her career.

Sonia Citron added 18 points and a game-high six assists, recording her second 15-point, five-assist performance of the season. Washington also continued to find success in the paint, scoring 40 points inside for the sixth time this year, while dishing out 17 assists as a team.

Cotie McMahon paced the Mystics bench with seven points, and Washington added four blocks defensively.

While the result was not what the Mystics were looking for, the growth of the team's young core remained on display. With Iriafen and Citron continuing to produce, Washington will look to regroup and respond when we return to CareFirst Arena to host the Indiana Fever.
