Mystics Add Free Agents to Roster

Washington D.C. - Washington Mystics Head Coach and General Manager Mike Thibault announced today that the team has signed free agents Ashley Corral and Avery Warley.

The 6-3 Warley is a native of Washington, D.C., and led H.D. Woodson High School to two DCIAA Championships. She attended Liberty University, where she earned All-Big South First Team honors for three consecutive years and set a new conference record for rebounds in a season. Warley signed as a rookie free agent with the Phoenix Mercury for the 2012 season, where she averaged 3.1 points and 5.7 rebounds per game.

A 5-9 guard from the University of Southern California, Corral was on the training camp roster of the Seattle Storm for the 2012 season. She graduated from USC in 2012 as the programs career leader in three-pointers (292) and was named to the All-Pac-12 Team for three consecutive seasons.
