2013 Mystics Schedule Notes

Season Opener: The Mystics kick off their 2013 campaign in the Midwest as they take on the Tulsa Shock on May 27th.

Home Opener: The Mystics begin their home slate on June 2nd as they host the Atlanta Dream at Verizon Center.

S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y NIGHT! : Come see the Mystics battle the defending Western Conference champs on Saturday, June 8th or continue your Independence Day Celebration on Saturday, July 6th as the Mystics host the Storm.

Sunday Bloody Sunday: The Mystics have eight home games on Sunday afternoon in 2013, which will provide plenty of times for the Mystics faithful to wrap up their weekends with exciting Mystics basketball.

Camp Day : The Mystics annual camp day will be held on July 24th as the Mystics welcome the Chicago Sky to Verizon Center for a matinee.

West Coast Swing : The Mystics make their voyage out west in the middle of June as they take on the Storm, Mercury, and Sparks for a three-game west coast trip between June 18-23rd.

Home and Home: The Mystics play three sets of home and homes during the 2013 campaign, including a rare stretch that features four games against two teams. From July 12-21, the Mystics play the Silver Stars for a home and home followed by a home and home with the Fever. They then play the Atlanta Dream for a home and home series on August 23rd at home and August 28th on the road.

Back 2 Back: The Mystics play two sets of back to backs this season, both of them coming in June. They travel to Connecticut as Head Coach/GM Mike Thibault makes his return on June 7th and then host the Lynx the next day at Verizon Center. They then host the Mercury on June 27 and travel to Atlanta the day after for a bout with the Dream.
